B2B - Business to Business
B2C - Business to Consumer
CBT - Computer-Based Training
CRM - Customer Relationship Management
ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
IBT - Intranet-Based Training
WBT - Web-Based Training

Information Age Terminology

B2B - Business to Business; primary sales focus of products and/or services is to other businesses
B2C - Business to Consumer; primary sales focus of products and/or services is to individual consumers
CBT - Computer-Based Training; instruction conveyed via computer to the student; typically packaged as a series of lessons on CDs or DVDs; also instructor-led, hands-on training
CRM - Customer Relationship Management; a software package or module designed to provide an integrated method to service customers
ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning; a software package or module designed to manage the manufacturing and financial areas of a business
WBT - Web-Based Training; instruction is conveyed to the student utizing an internet or network connection and a web browser.
